SEND

Orders placed on working days (Mon-Fri) before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. This means that: if you order on a working day before 2 p.m., we will process your order the same day. Once you have ordered an item, we will send you a confirmation email with your details and order number. This number is also the reference number that we use in correspondence about your order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address. Total shipping costs will be shown at checkout. If you order more than €35.00, delivery is free within the Netherlands and Belgium.

DELIVERY DATE

Most orders are sent as a letterbox package. In all cases (letterbox package or otherwise) you will receive a track and trace number to follow your order.

Our socks are delivered to your home within 3 working days in the Netherlands. Delivery outside the Netherlands usually takes 2-3 days.

RETURNS

At Marcmarcs you may return products for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Please note the regulations regarding the right of withdrawal as mentioned below.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Sockshouse B.V. Larenweg 48, 5234 KA 's-Hertogenbosch – Netherlands, hello@marcmarcs.com, Telephone: +31 73 2060728) by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF THE REVOCATION

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to revoke the agreement.

REFUND

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

RETURNS

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of the return are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

EXCEPTIONS

Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that concerns the delivery of:

• Products manufactured to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
• Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
• Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and for which the seal has been broken after delivery;
• Products that are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;
• Audio and video recordings and computer software of which the seal has been broken after delivery and;
• Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of an agreement for the regular delivery of such publications (a subscription).
