Return

At MarcMarcs you can return products within 14 days of receipt for whatever reason.

Keep in mind that:

• The product is unused and undamaged.
• All original packaging and labels are intact.
• You store the proof of shipment well until your return shipment has been processed by us.
• When returning goods, you ensure that the return form has been completed and included.
• Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
• Marcmarcs is not responsible for lost returns.

Make sure your package has been traced back to your order so that we know which order your shipment belongs to.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, gets it physically in possession.
