WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

If you order before 2:00 PM on a working day, we will process your order the same day. Your package is often delivered the next working day or within 2 to 4 working days, depending on the delivery service that processes your package. Packages are not processed on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day. Once you have ordered an item, you can track your order via a Track and Trace number. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address and may therefore vary. If you order more than €35.00, delivery is even free within the Netherlands and Belgium. The total delivery costs will be displayed during checkout, just before you go to checkout.

At Marcmarcs we like to think big: we ship to all countries in the world.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Naturally. After we have processed your package, we will send you a Track&Trace link by email. By clicking on this link you can see exactly where your package is at that moment. It is also indicated when the carrier expects to deliver your package.

ORDERING

I MADE A MISTAKE WHILE ORDERING; CAN I STILL CUSTOMIZE THIS?

Once you have placed an order, it is unfortunately difficult to change an address or other order details. This is because we process orders very quickly. Would you like to change something? Please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve it.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

After you have placed an order, we will immediately send a confirmation email. Not received? First check your spam folder; the email may have ended up here. There may also be a delay in our system. If you have not received confirmation after a few hours, please contact us so we can find out what happened.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

To ensure that you order the correct size, we recommend that you follow our size chart. You can find this on the product page. Men (shoe size) EU: 39/42, UK: 5.5-8, US: 6.5-9 EU: 43/46, UK: 9-11, US: 10-12. Women (shoe size): EU: 35/38, UK 3-5, US: 4-6 One Size: EU 35/42, UK 3-8, USA 4-9.

ARE ALL SOCKS IN STOCK?

All items are provided with stock information on the website. It may happen that stock is indicated, but the item is still not in stock. Fortunately, this rarely happens, but if it does happen, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will then immediately refund your payment for the missing item. Marcmarcs releases a new collection twice a year; summer and winter. If an item from a collection is sold out, we cannot reorder it. So don't wait too long to order your favorite Marcmarcs socks, because they're gone.

HOW DO I ENSURE THAT MY SOCKS RETAIN THEIR QUALITY?

All Marcmarcs products are made with care and attention from high-quality materials and fabrics. Follow the washing and care instructions on the packaging to enjoy it for as long as possible. Also, do not tear off the packaging label. Always use scissors for this.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DOES MARCMARCS OFFER ON THE WEBSITE?

We offer various payment options on the website. We accept iDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. When you have placed an order, the total amount (including shipping costs) will be debited.
