RETURNS

At Marcmarcs you may return products for any reason within 14 days of receipt. You can use the returns form here download.

Please note:

• The product is unused and undamaged.
• All original packaging and labels are intact.
• For hygienic reasons, tights and tights can be worn cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the packaging is unopened.
• You keep the shipping receipt in a safe place until your return has been processed by us.
• When returning goods, you ensure that the returns form is completed and enclosed.
• Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
• Marcmarcs is not responsible for lost returns.

Make sure that your package is traced back to your order so that we know which order your shipment belongs to.
