Orders posted on working days (Mon-VR) Before 2:00 pm will be shipped the same day. That means that: if you order on a working day before 2 p.m., we will process your order the same day. Once you have ordered an item, we will send you a confirmation email with your details and your order number. This number is also the reference number that we use in the correspondence about your order.

POSTAGE COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address. The total shipping costs are shown at checkout. If you order more than € 35.00, delivery is free within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery date

Most orders are sent as a letterbox package. In all cases (letterbox package or otherwise) you will receive a track and trace number to follow your order.

Our socks are delivered to your home in the Netherlands within 3 working days. Delivery outside the Netherlands usually takes 2-3 days.

Return

At MarcMarcs you can return products within 14 days of receipt for whatever reason. Note the regulations according to the right of withdrawal as mentioned later.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, gets it physically in possession. Repayment

Return shipment

You will be on time if you return the goods before the 14 -day period has expired. The direct costs of the return are for your account. EXCEPTIONS
